I had a wonderful one to one yoga therapy session with Grace. I felt they really tuned into me and what my needs were specifically. The yoga therapy session for me came at a time when I was feeling very stressed and very much fatigued and in my own head. The session I had very much helped to realign myself, and I left the session feeling renewed, grounded and very different from when I walked through the door. I would absolutely recommend having a session with Grace, they are warm, engaging, and I felt at ease. Grace is also very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do.

My Yoga Therapy session with Grace was wonderful. They have a rich knowledge of the way the body works and what particular asanas and movements suit my various bodily hindrances (rotator cuff issues/sciatica and very inflexible ankles). We worked on a number of different techniques to help encourage better movement and I found Grace to be highly focused, with a seemingly natural ability to 'see' particular postural issues and how to effectively treat them. All in all, I felt a great benefit from the session and would highly recommend Grace as a YT.

I thoroughly recommend Grace both as a yoga teacher and therapist. They bring a wealth of knowledge and a lovely humour to group classes and one to one sessions. They create lesson plans to suit the student's abilities and goals. Most recently I have done a session with Grace online, as most things were in 2020. I felt like Grace was in the room with me rather than over 300 miles away! Grace explained the purpose of the poses and explained the philosophy and science behind each one. They offered corrections and advice without making me feel judged. I find sessions with Grace interesting, fun, and calming.
